The specialty items we provide are not eligible for a money back guarantee. Our books
cannot be repaired as they are printed on paper specific to each book. However, we will
print and ship another book for $8 plus shipping and handling. No refund will be provided.
In the event that we make a mistake, we will correct and replace the same book, with the
corrected information you provided at no charge.
